资格:
A group supervisor must possess one of the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, 特殊教育, elementary education or the human services field; or
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, 儿童发展, 特殊教育, elementary education or the human services field and one year of experience with children; or
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, 儿童发展, 特殊教育, elementary education or the human services field and two years of experience with children; or
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, 儿童发展, 特殊教育, elementary education or the human services field and three years of experience with children; or

- At least two years experience as a Group Supervisor in a childcare setting
In addition, a Group Supervisor must be warm and enjoy working with young children. He or she must be willing to assist the children in all aspects of their personal care and hygiene, 适当的营养和与其他孩子的互动.
